Steam Oven
Miele added onto its CulinArt oven line with CulinArt Gourmet. The models have 25 automatic program settings and Moisture Plus cooking, which delivers bursts of steam to targeted areas during baking and roasting sessions. They also feature the AutoRoast mode, which sears and cooks meat in a single process. Ovens have five rack levels, telescopic runners, retractable knobs, and electronic temperature control in a range between 86°F and 572°F (or 30°C to 300°C). Cleaning is easy, with an option between PerfectClean, a nonstick coating, or pyrolytic coating, which allows messes to be incinerated and wiped away. Included with Gourmet ovens are a casserole dish and a perforated baking sheet, which allows heat and moisture to reach food from beneath.
