Convection Oven

The new PRO30 4 INS X from Bertazzoni is an electric, self-cleaning convection oven with four induction zones. Each zone has a booster feature, a pan detection system and a residual heat indicator. The oven has nine functions, including convection, baking, roasting, and warming. It includes telescopic glide shelves, a quadruple-glass door to minimize heat loss, and pyrolytic linings that require no cleaning agents. The stainless steel squared oven is 30 inches wide and has 3.4 cubic feet of volume. A matching range hood and backsplash are optional.
