Refrigeration products in Viking’s new Professional 7 Series have temperature and humidity controls that purify the air. The feature, called Viking BlueZone Fresh Preservation Technology, preserves food better by ridding the fridge of hydrocarbons, ethylene, microbes, odors, and other contaminants, the company says. The 7 Series also has a ProChill Temperature Management System that quickly chills food and saves energy through two quiet, individually controlled variable-speed DC compressors.
