Chinese kitchen manufacturer Fotile has spent the past 22 years studying global culinary culture in an attempt to increase appliance performance. Its V and W Series range hoods were designed to eradicate harmful cooking smoke. The W series’ Wing-like Surround Suction Plate can adjust its elevation by 3 to almost 5 inches based on detected smoke type and volume to optimize grease and smoke control.
