of the brand’s flagship 48-inch dual-fuel Pro Range in 2019, the smaller unit packs all of the same features into a more compact footprint. It features lighted knobs and touch oven controls, two front-burner grates that are convertible for wok cooking, as well as 23,000 Btu burners, Ultra-Low burners, and a 6.3-cubic-foot oven that combines steam and convection cooking.
